Questions you may have concerning your orders!

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

AKAB LIFE does not currently have the option to cancel or change orders once they have been placed, but we can do our best to try and cancel the order if you send us an email within the hour of placing the order. Please send an email to support@akablife.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee the fulfilment. Q. When will my order ship and how can I track it?

An order fulfillment can take up to 3 business days to process before it is shipped out. Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please be don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders!

Q. I've placed an order but I never received confirmation?

If you do not receive an email from AKAB LIFE within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email support@akablife.com.
