Shipping Terms
Shipping to the US and Canada only. We ship primarily USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
We typically ship orders within 2 - 3 business days of orders placed. Holidays my extend shipping times.
Shipping rates will vary and can be calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on our site here.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have until 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. On certain products, which will be identified on the product page, we will extend to 60-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@akablife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on close out items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Our story and why we do this...
We began our journey around 2012, understanding the power of having a beard. It was during this time, the founder began his growth simultaneously seeking spirituality, physical fitness, and a mindset to being a King of which he seen from his father and forefathers. He knew that in order to teach his sons also, he would first have to re-structure his life and live by the three main principles to which guides a true king; Integrity, Honor, and Loyalty. We all want to be kings of our family and community and raise our boys and nephews to be the same. They will look up to us with Honor and respect as we exemplify daily the importance of Integrity in our operations and Loyalty to those who we protect and love.
Living by these three principles daily while maintaining a beard of royalty only made sense to establish quality products and garments that would extend our message and give positive roots to our generations. This gave birth to AKAB and it's infamous logo which has now become more than a household hair care product, it's a lifestyle.
So what exactly does AKAB mean?
AKAB is an acronym which started out meaning "All Kings Are Bearded." This was an exclusive line of products initially intended for the bearded only. Now we have grown to extending our brand to be more inclusive, a brand that empowers self confidence in what defines as "Your Origin." In simple terms, we believe you should "Stay True to Your Origin."
